1. Services Provided
AI Power Co provides AI-powered receptionist services, including but not limited to call answering, appointment booking, reminders, message forwarding, and compliance logging.

Our Services are administrative in nature. We do not provide medical, legal, or emergency services.
Calls that require urgent or emergency assistance should always be directed to local emergency numbers.
 
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a valid business entity or professional practice.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
 
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.
 
4. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance according to your chosen plan (see Pricing page).
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services.
 
5. Data Processing & Privacy
We process customer and end-user data (such as phone numbers, call transcripts, and messages) in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Data is processed via trusted third-party providers, including Twilio (telephony) and Google Workspace (email & calendar).
You confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients or patients to use our Services.
End-users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or requesting opt-out during a call.
 
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:

Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful content.
Engage in harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
Misrepresent your business or identity.
 
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
From time to time, Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Power Co, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

 
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
